Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded promptly.

We accept payment methods shown during checkout.

Payment is authorised when your order is placed.

Goods remain the property of Ruffords Stores Limited until paid for in full.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services
  • weather
  • industrial action
  • customs
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes:

  • cannot normally be used with other offers
  • have no cash value
  • may be withdrawn at any time
  • may exclude selected brands or products
  • must be used before their expiry date.

We reserve the right to cancel promotional codes where misuse is suspected.

Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers

Gift cards and gift vouchers are subject to separate Gift Card Terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • they are non-refundable
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • ensuring your account details remain accurate
  • all activity carried out under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
