Our cut-off for next day delivery, and for dispatch on your selected service, is 1:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery options, so please check back in the future.

Yes, all orders are covered until they are delivered to your chosen address.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please log in to your account to view the status of your order. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel via Royal Mail using the links provided in your dispatch email.

Some items may be shipped separately if they are dispatched from different warehouses. Please check your emails for multiple tracking numbers. If an item was unavailable at the time of dispatch, you will be notified by email.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please return it using the available return methods, advising “Incorrect Item” or “Defective Item.” If the item has been used, labels have been removed, or the return period has expired, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it if you contact our Customer Service team by phone. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned. For store pickup orders, please contact us directly to request cancellation.
