This is our way of showing you our appreciation. You’ll earn points for most purchases.

You can use them to earn discounts off future purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

Please make sure you are logged in to Shop for your points to be assigned to your account.

You can earn points by making purchases.

If shopping in store with us, please make sure you provide the correct email address when prompted by the shop assistant, so your points are assigned.

A unique code can be found in you account page:

Copy the code and apply it at the checkout.

You will be able to see your points balance in your account page when you sign in to Shop and visit your accounts page:

You can redeem your points at the checkout. In the 'enter points to redeem' box.

Simply type the amount of points you would like to use to and then click the green redeem button.

The minimum number of points you can redeem is 100 and the maximum is 3000.

Approved - These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

Pending - These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

Cancelled - These points will not be added to your account. For example;
If you cancel an order or return a product for a refund” (The points will change from pending to cancelled)

Your points went down because either
You, or someone, cancelled or returned a purchase or your points expired.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Please make sure you are logged in to Shop before making your purchase this will ensure the points are assigned to your account and included for that purchase.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
