Experienced Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our new Harrogate store. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in premium retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you have a proven track record in managing a retail store, motivating a team, and driving sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Experienced Store Assistants

We are also looking for experienced Store Assistants to provide outstanding service to our customers. As part of the Rufford’s team, you’ll be working with luxury country fashion brands, helping customers find the perfect pieces, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. If you have retail experience, a keen eye for detail, and a love for country fashion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
