Returning a Non-faulty Item
Non-faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of the invoice date. Items must must be sent back unused in their original packaging with labels intact in a condition for us to be able to resell the product. Please include the original receipt and a completed copy of your returns form provided in your order. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.
You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Please note that these return and original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty (please see below for more information on returning faulty items), in which we will refund the original postage costs. Items returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address. We always recommend returning your items via recorded service as we can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
When returning any item we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non delivery or damage. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if a proof of delivery is not obtained or the item is returned damaged and in such events it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. Ruffords Country Store cannot be held responsible in this case.

Returning Faulty Items
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All products purchased from Ruffords Country Store are guaranteed against manufacturing defects but these guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded.
